1. No regular appeal is provided by the Act against the decision of the Tribunal even on questions of law but a reference can be made at the request of either party to the High Court on any question of law or directly to the Supreme Court if the Tribunal is of the opinion that there is conflict of opinion among the High Courts .
   अधिनियम के अधीन विधि के प्रश्नों पर भी अधिकरण के निर्णय के विरुद्ध अपील करने का उपबंध नहीं है किंतु किसी भी पक्षकार के अनुरोध पर उच्च न्यायालय को निर्देश किया जाता है और यदि अधिकरण की राय में किसी विधिक प्रश्न पर उच्च न्यायालयों का मत भिन्न भिन्न है तो विधि के उस प्रश्न पर सीधे उच्चतम न्यायालय को निर्देश किया जा सकता है .
